I have enjoyed the time here in the last year because it feels like I work for a positive company that truly cares about me as a worker but also as a person.

I appreciate the transparency they use to keep people informed

We are big collaborators and want each other to succeed

Having a great valuable conversation with a customer or prospect

Hmm I love the non-traditional benefits. Although was not able to figure out the class pass

Truthfully, knowing that we are helping the healthcare system even an ounce with how broken it can feel

I do like the focus on some of the health options - the walkingspree was a cool add on, care.com, headspace

The continuous communications via emails and the IQ sharing how work is a part of the puzzle. Also the ERG groups!

I hate to sound this way but making money and getting to sign off and enjoy other aspects of my life.

We are a team as simple as it sounds. Although there is some competitive level in our goals we strive to help each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The additional components of Headspace and other memberships to help with life and work balance. The amazon stipend was vital to building a home office.

The people I get to engage and collaborate with! I know there are fun ways to chat and feel close even though we are remote

we really feel like a family. I can count on them and know they push me to do better and I push them to do better

The ERGs! I love being able to connect with people I would never know but also connect with at some level like heritage or professional careers.

I really like the transparency and respect they have for the entire company. The visibility and accountability to finding the common goals to achieve as a company.

I really like that there is a human touch approach, meaning there is a level of respect in our work in addition to pushing us to strive for better professional goals.
