As part of a recent acquisition for symplr, my experience is so far above what I have experienced with other companies, that I am thrilled. My team and product are highly valued, and assimilation - which at best is challenging - has been relatively smooth and well-supported. I am happy with symplr!

Doing my job well and producing a quality deliverable - and knowing my work is valued.

They put people first. Departments are very responsive to each other. There is truly a culture of caring.

People really care - about the job, the quality, and each other. And we are able to laugh together!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great communication and trust. Few if any personality issues or squabbles. It's always kept pleasant, even when the news is not so pleasant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is a reflection of the company I worked at before symplr, and was unfair then. I am confident that symplr will (eventually) evaluate this issue and make it right.
