This is the fourth acquisition I have been through with this software. I truly feel that symplr is the best fit and we are in the right spot. I am glad I stuck with it to experience symplr. Treat staff so much better than a worker bee.

Care about employees and customer health and satisfaction. They want to continually grow, and status quo is not the goal. I don't like the same thing all the time, so that is a good fit.

My team has each other's back and they truly care about our customers. Peers and customers...yup, they are good.

Working directly with customers and solving something for them or making their day better for them and their end users.

No topic is off-limits. Of course there may be details that can't be shared, but when that is the case, you can trust that "they would if they could/should."

They realize to get the best from my work, I can't be burnt out by working 12-hour days and weekends. Rather than being expected, at symplr, it is frowned upon.
