What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Become more of team players, it seems everyone is more interested in shifting blame and attacking one another then accepting accountability and becoming a closer stronger team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Certain events such as title changes and switching people to salary without an appropriate bump, promised raises by management to only receive a small 3% yearly bump after waiting 5 months after a promotion.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

While my manager is fantastic, the director above them seems not involved and not helpful. All sections of our team managed by them are causing problems for the success of the team and nothing is being done about it.

What makes you most happy at work?

When my coworkers and i can truly work together, management we could rely on for help would be beneficial as it feels like its not the case. I have some truly wonderful people on my team who have my back and for that I am thankful.
