The people and the work are very good. The part that needs a lot more improvement is the health insurance. Should have better PPO options. I'm paying the same for Cigna as I was for Blue Cross, and my Blue Cross insurance had significantly better coverage. I'm very disappointed in the options.

Skill, talent... but limited access due to them being overseas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be open about the direction of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Interesting that you only ask about the best part, which is my salary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's not that I don't want to go to work, there's other things I'd rather do, other people I'd rather spend time with. I don't mind work, and I'm happy to do it, but all in all I'd rather do something else.
