Before symplr, it was okay at least we started on new technology. - Now can't hire new people in the Netherlands - Can't sell our product in the US any more. - Can't make new software, management doesn't allow it (costs to much) - Allot of equality talk , but all perks are only for US employ's. etc.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is hardly any leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
Co-workers the work is kinda boring, no new projects, working in old system.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
- Flexible work (working from home). - Good technical team (direct team members).
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great no complaints. - always willing to help. - create to talk with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nobody is looking at what your doing (or cares). it doesn't matter if you do more or less work. When your doing your best you get a 3% increase, while the inflation is like 10%. Plus when symplr both the company i didn't even get increase, it took an extra year.
