What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is incredibly accessible and understanding. My director is always there to help and coach with empathy when those momenets are needed. I feel that my voice and the voice of the employees are listened to and heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaborative and support based environment. Everyone is willing to help one another for the betterment of the overall company and the team. I've never experienced anyone saying "well that's not much job," meaning everyone is willing to help out eachother.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of support and willingness of teammates to lend their experience, their relationships, their expertise, etc. to help one another succeed. I also enjoy the accessibility of leadership, whether that's managers/directors, the VPs, or ELT. Everyone is always happy to help and that is great
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy learning, I enjoy the collaborative team-based environment. I love expanding my knowledge of our solutions. I love interacting with customers and improving their workflows and ultimately patient outcomes. I look forward to work everyday, and I work very long and hard in my position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel largely undervalued, however I work a lot, and there are many small meetings throughout the day that take away time from customer interactions. I believe a bump in base pay that at the very least is on pace with inflation is warranted and would be very appreciated.
