I really like what Symplr brings to the table and I think it is a great place to work. I would like more opportunities for advancement but under my current supervisor I don't really feel that there is and I definitely want to move up. After all, that is why I got my bachelor's degree - to advance.

The openness about the state of the company and its goals. Where we are and where we would like to be
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is team oriented, mental health is valued, home/work balance is valued. I always recommend the company as a great place to work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Over the last two years we have created a great working relationship. I get along with them great but don't always believe that some give as much as others and we end up picking up the slack.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued in the sense that in comparison to another manager at the same level that I am - I do a lot more work, handle my team and responsibilities more effectively, our client is greatly satisfied with my work but we are paid the same. This practice is not fair or motivational to improve!
What makes you most happy at work?
I really like my job and what I do! I like what I contribute to our client and the relationships I have formed with both our client and our teams. If I dread coming to work it is only because I know I have a lot to do and not enough time to do it. I love being here everyday though
