I enjoy working for symplr. We were recently acquired by this company and the integration process has been great. There has been incredible communication from the top. The leadership team has really invested a lot of time into this process.

I think the Executive Leadership Team if very open and will answer the tough questions. Especially our CEO. They seem to truly care about the employees.

Our company was acquired and I have been happy with the new senior leadership. I enjoy working with my people in my department. I can have fun with a lot of the guys in my area and that helps build team chemistry.

It is great being able to work from home. It helps create a good work-life balance. Leadership is transparent and will answer any question. The company demands a lot from you but everyone seems to be working toward a common goal. We need more developers because software releases are slow.

I enjoy working with my department. Theybhave changed a lot of senior leadership lately. I'm not sure how that is going to work out. I feel like you do not get recognized for your hard work other than from your manager. I do not like the LGBTQ agenda that they push in our face all the time.

The CEO, BJ, sets the tone of being positive and working at a fast pace but there is a great work-life balance. There is a family first mentality.

The leadership team shows great transparency and team mentality. I feel like BJ, the CEO, want everyone to succeed and shows it by investing time with us each week.

The leadership team is transparent and are willing to answer the hard questions. It is amazing that they have an open Q&A session each month where you can ask the CEO anything.

It is laid back yet everyone gets their work done. It does not feel starchy and I do not feel micro-managed. It feels like a smaller company than it really is.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have taken away our bonus that we depended on each year. I also have been waiting on a promotion that my manager has approved for over 6 months. It is being held up by senior leadership.
