What is the best part about your compensation package?
The recent inflationary pay rise that they initiated globally. This was not expected and is not something that I have ever heard of before.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not paid in line with market rate nor scope of my position. Annual increases were significantly less than inflation.

I might a bit undervalued when comparing to market rate. But I take all the perks provided into consideration and also quite happy about career path.

The flexibility we are provided and acknowledgement that our lives are important outside of work

The diversity, there is a chance to get to know people from so many cultures. As a result the company feels very inclusive.
