I would like base salary to be closer to mid grade and i would like an opportunity to make bonus.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Collaboration, communication, and valuing people as more than just numbers in the company. It would be great to see progression pathways, workshops, and external training budgets. Incentivize with things other than fair salary raises.
