staff is leaving SBM in droves, causing the floating of nurses every night. management doesn't seem to care the effects it has on their staff to be floated to other units daily. if we had comparable pay to the rest of the island maybe people would stay & then we could work on the unit were hired for

What are some of the best things about your team?
Due to the nature of working in healthcare I spend more time with my colleagues than most of my family and I am so lucky to have amazing coworkers. They support me and I support them.

there should be a sense of team work. my unit tries but everyone is so discouraged into coming to work it makes it hard to stay motivated
