They are good people and most of them very polite. e are all coming from different countries yet the same background, so there is a lot of respect from one another.

Multinational company, therefore there is an open door policy and respect to diversity.

There was no pressure. It was more a conversation around my needs and where I could fit better, based on y experience and my personal life commitments.

The fact that we communicate effectively (most of the times), which makes our jobs easier. This allows us also to enjoy what we're doing.
