    There is a lot of collaboration between Tour Leaders, at the end of the day, we are all in the same boat, all tied to the insane rating system this company enforces. A lot of empathy, and a lot of competence.

    Don't make it like the "Hunger Games". Be more human. People don't need to explode under pressure to be good tour leaders.

    More human, less manipulative, and more transparent in their decisions. More honest with clients, not rate based only on Excellence, grading across a mean average. Not collect "dirt" on their Tour Leaders so they can fire them later when things don't go well.
