- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Don't make it like the "Hunger Games". Be more human. People don't need to explode under pressure to be good tour leaders.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?More human, less manipulative, and more transparent in their decisions. More honest with clients, not rate based only on Excellence, grading across a mean average. Not collect "dirt" on their Tour Leaders so they can fire them later when things don't go well.
