What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great healthcare benefits, employee stock for all

Benefits, stock. I think salary could be better, but the biggest thing for me is work-life balance. I would take more paid days off over more money.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Having a hard time with work-life balance. My role could be performed at home part time, but the company does not allow WFH. Even working from home once a week would help.
