Overall experience is positive. A formal onboarding/training program would be helpful. Better communication around company goals and strategy would be helpful.

I would say overall it is decent. I enjoy working with middle managers and direct managers, but CEO level is not ideal as he seems to be a bit of a micro manager. The benefits could be better which I think would encourage people to stay longer and make a difference in new hires.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is not a process to do reviews (but I think this is starting). There is a lack of career pathing. The benefits such as health care and other insurances are not great either. Vacation time is decent at best.
