We never get profit share, there are zero benefits and the job is extremely risky for your health

Be upfront about the pay and hard work, they made alot of false promises they couldn't keep and could care less about

They're all hard working guys for the most part, good personality but none of them ever stay because of the horrible pay and even worse workinf conditions
