What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that we are trusted so that drives a lot of the environment. I like the social aspect where I'm based which helps with the culture

The company's mission is present in all decisions and every project executed. Working with a strong sense of purpose is highly motivating. We have a strong network of highly talented people that keep a positive atmosphere to avoid stress even if the demands are stressful.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not a competency based interview. It was fluid and situationally based. I felt like they were trying to get to know me as a person and in tandem how I could add value to the company.

There was high transparency on the role. It didn't feel like a standard interview but individually targeted to my application. I enjoyed talking to many different people with different role in the company to get a sense for the culture and work atmosphere.
