Everything has been great until recently. I am a gun bar employee who was recently harassed and threatened by a customer. Video surveillance will show my personal space was violated. And that I conducted my self in a professional manner.

It has been a decent job overall. Employee morale is poor due to the fact that most managers do absolutely nothing except push the employees to get credit cards so that they can get their bonuses. Employees get no incentive for getting credit card applications. Poor work environment.

absolutely terrible, I never felt validated or appreciated. I would do 50 pick up orders by myself, skip breaks, just to get the job done and the product to customers. it seems like the only thing management cares about is credit apps, money, at the expense of their employees well being and mind.

My immediate manager is the only one that is a hands on helpful manager. The rest of the leadership does nothing productive but in turn costs the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary payroll.
