Incredible health insurance in the U.S. that has an HRA which covers almost all of our deductible. Incredibly rare.

I appreciate the flexibility of our time off policy which we refer to as "take it when you need it". Time away isn't tracked and provides the flexibility needed to manager your whole life.

Extremely fun company environment. Open office means more transparency and direct access to leaders. Huge kitchen filled with snack and unlimited beverages. One of the best offices that I have worked in.

Meeting several people, understanding culture etc

Speed - process took about a little over a week. Usually in other companies it can take multiple weeks. Recruiter was probably the best recruiter that I have spoken to - extremely knowledgable about the work, benefits, team, and just great to talk to.
