We have a wonderful leadership team who strives us towards our career goal and matches the same with Company goal. Good to work with such a wonderful team :)

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its very good package and no one gives its equivalent here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is fair (average for the market), stock options are fair, benefits are good except there is no matching 401k.

Wish there was tuition reimbursement for any type of career development or 401k match. Or more activities/community feel within the org.
