Our leadership team is extremely approachable and will not only listen to feedback, but take action on said feedback. The fact that leadership will iterate and own when certain initiatives weren't as successful as anticipated is also huge!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The WFH stipend is a wonderful perk

It's very comparable to every other tech company in the area. They recently adjusted to a remote workforce by granting quarterly stipends to purchase items for your home office.

My team works extremely hard not just because that's who they are, but because they also do not want to disappoint each other which says a lot that an entire team shows up to give 120% daily

What did you like most about the interview process?
ActiveCampaign not only screens applicants for technical skills required to do their job, but also their personality to weed out any individuals with qualities that could be detrimental to our culture.
