They may not always succeed, but they don't just talk the talk, they actually do work toward achieving goals and high standards in sustainability and innovation, and are improving more and more in their work on diversity and inclusion.

Open to new ideas and forward thinking, innovative.

Engagement with all tiers of staff, if staff wants to be engaged

Lead. No direction, no communication.
Review from Design Dept
The leadership team needs to reach out to lower level managers and find out what is actually happening in regional offices. There is a huge lack of communication between management and the people who do the majority of the deliverable work.

Vacation and flexible work hours.

Salary. Certainly top end of the market. But no career progression.
Review from Design Dept
Paid time off and fair salary.
Review from Design Dept
It’s better than fair compared to other companies
Review from Design Dept
Management makes no effort to reach out to team members and ensure they are feeling fulfilled with their job. A better benefits package or additional PTO would help make up for the low (for the industry) salary.
Review from Design Dept
All-round impressive technical and management capabilities with top experts in just about any topic in engineering, planning, design, environment, water, power, etc...

Client focus. Strive to achieve client objectives

They always meet our deadlines. Dedicated and great chemistry.

In my particular office, there is a huge cultural divide. A good majority of the office is very cliquey and seems to exclude those who are not of their same background. This makes it difficult to work on projects as one unified team. I think this is something that team managers have to address.

People are supportive and always willing to help out.

The people. Notwithstanding poor the poor leadership.
Review from Design Dept
Culture of quality and professionalism and the office environment is open and collaborative.
Review from Design Dept
I think over the past few months, my team manager has realized the divide in the office and has had informal weekly team get togethers (with snacks) to try and get people to be friendly with people they may not be working on a project with.

Diverse with a corporate twist

Leading my group and making a difference.

Type of work we do and pursue
Review from Design Dept
The offices that are going after work and winning contracts are not rewarded with actually being able to work on the projects. Instead, once a contract is won, it is being sent to an office that "specializes" in that industry. It is frustrating to get excited about a project and see it go elsewhere.
