It is a very enjoyable experience, I enjoy all the people I work with, and I would love to continue working. The only thing is sometimes there is not much to do so it can be boring at times

I don't receive a compensation package other than pay
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how engaging they are, constantly asking questions and getting us involved in the work they do. It makes our work interesting and fun to always be doing something new and exciting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are all very open and personable people. It is very enjoyable to be a part of the team and it is a very relaxed environment which makes it very enjoyable to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like how laid back and fun it is. It is an enjoyable, yet efficient environment. I am able to talk and ask questions to my coworkers without feeling out of place which is very nice
