Overall my experience here at AEVEX has been a fair trade. The company asks for favor and deliverables that needs to be met in ways that challenges my thinking. On top of that, as an employee I challenge the way how certain things are being handled as a whole.

The team being young and agile. On top of that everyone connects together well that creates a friendly work environment.

Incorporating flexibility that allows for remote work and better pay that can challenge the cost of living in the area.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to the recent changes in inflation. On top of that, there are no perks or bonuses that are being matched or returned for me as an employee of AEVEX.
