we all know each other and can talk to each other. Every person can communicate and are friendly

my manager is great. Local level leadership is really involved an helpful. Executive management seems to be doing a good job, honeslty its not very clear

I dont interact with upper leadership much but I do enjoy the AMA the ceo does. My manager is really interactive with the team and makes sure we are on track or gives us resources to do our job effectively
