Casual clothing makes me feel comfortable and happy. I like that there is always food onsite, and that people are engaged working online.

The hybrid work enviornment is the most positive part of our work enviornment. It allows interaction with team members, but doesn't feel forced. Two days in an office is more then enough for anyone.

The hybrid work model and flexibility ensure I feel valued. I looked at similar jobs and chose to work at AEVEX because the remote option demonstrated that the company values quality work and cares about its employees' work-life balance. Nobody wants to sit in traffic for hours each day.
