The best part of my compensation package is my vacation accrual.

Most of them do a great job and work as a team...some, meh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My annual pay increase was the least amount/percentage compared to all other employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are good. Many did not receive any increase this year even a small cost of living increase. It makes you wonder if we are truly valued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Is anyone really excited about going to work every day? There's nothing wrong..I just wouldn't call it being excited about going to work every day. I don't dread it...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would have liked my annual increase to be same % as coworkers and at least in line with the rate of inflation. Sadly lower. See coworkers here less than two years not knowing or doing their part make more yearly salary than I do after many years. Start to wonder if it's a gender issue.
