because so many of us are new at the same time, I appreciate how everyone seems very willing to help each other learn
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My department needs extra help which I have vocalized. It seems nothing is being done to alleviate the workload and spread it out better. On top of that, I am aware of what my position makes for the area i'm in and I feel like it is twice as much work for not as much pay.
