I love being a project manager and inspector. i get to see all the cool projects that we work on and i like to do inspections to make sure we are a quality company.

they need to try and learn more, and not do less. they never go above and beyond

We are all like family and some of us will go out and do non work related activities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel that this industry is very expensive and i feel like we should get paid a little better.

i have seen others that start after me get paid more and do less then i am asked to do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love staying very busy and getting all my tasks done so i feel extremely accomplished when i go home at night.

I would like to see more Empowerment awards being passed out and I personally would like to see more money on the check.

I like the fact that they treat me like family. I feel very appreciated and love coming to work and love what we do as a company.
