Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am proud of the company but concerned that we will not be diversified enough in the future (ie too much DoD and not enough commercial), which could lead to lay-offs if/when the DoD stuff goes away. Also, more listening/engagement needs to take place between the new guard and the old guard.

larger pay increases... 3% is not nearly enough to keep up with inflation right now.
