Their energy and they are very approachable. They are not exclusive like may C-suites

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was paid more at my last company despite it being 2 years later and 20% inflation and the size of the companies were comparable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is currently no annual merit or pay scale process. With inflation, many companies have done a lot to increase salaries. AEVEX is lagging in this area.
