Mental health is very important to my team and manager and knowing that they care about that makes me more comfortable.

The PD funds and travel agent. It allows me to grow professionally in a really exciting way as well as travel and meet new people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living is increasing so much, and compensation increases at a much smaller rate, making living feel unmanageable, especially for those who have to rent.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is invested in my growth as an employee and as a person, and interacting with them makes me excited to come to work each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like aside from being coworkers, we are also friends and they make going into the office - or even just hopping on a Teams call - enjoyable
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family, we always have each other's backs and do things every day to make each other's lives easier. It really feels like a 'team' not just a group of people working together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as if I have taken on a lot of new projects that don't even pertain to my department, but my compensation has not changed to reflect the new work I have taken on and I don't feel like it aligns with the compensation I am seeing in the market for roles like mine.
