company provide 40 hours PTO then you use them in a year. No accure

Letting me do my job without coworkers or supervisors micro managing or telling you how to write or do your job.

The company is good it is management that needs improving. When hired you should be able to do your job without micro managing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PTO time give 40 hours each year like other companies do such as GDIT, and the Government. Accumulate more hours each payday based on experience

The leave it should be given 40 hours not be accrual. I worked with other companies that every year you had 40 hours of PTO and 40 hours of My Time.
