Started out with a strong people focused culture that bolstered productivity and collaboration but has strayed away from that. I'm hopeful that it's just part of transition and eventually the values will return towards empowering people first.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager does their best to engage with employees on a personal level, monitor personal health, and value us as people with lives outside of work. They are understanding of flexible schedules when needed and empower us to to complete the task at hand rather than micromanage.
