Over the last two plus years I have grown in my technical skill as well as personal skills. I am very happy with the culture and people that I work with and for everyday. I feel challenged and pushed in my career and have a safety net to make sure I do not fail.

Having worked at AEVEX for the last 4+ years it has been nothing short of amazing. Learning from the great team I have around me and taking on new challenges have helped me grow. I am looking forward to seeing how the next several years go as the organization continues to grow.

The open communication they show the organization.

Most everyone is happy to work together as a team.

The people and everyone's abilities to collaborate and make quick decisions at the same time.

The friendliness of everyone. Being able to speak with anyone, regardless of rank or position.

The collaboration that we all have together. If somone gets stumped we are pretty quick to work together for resolution

They can help through a task when an individual needs or requires assistance. They want to see everyone learn and grow.

I get to learn within the open environment. I have been able to grow my strengths and weaknesses as a member of this team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do feel valued and compensated well from our organization. Compensation comes in all forms and I like to value flexibility in that compensation package.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Anytime there is an issue it is all hands on deck. We communicate regularly in order to make sure everyone is able to complete their piece of the puzzle.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part is one of thr things that is not even mentioned. Its the flexibility the organization offers. Thats something that is very difficult to add a monetary value to but is very valuable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The key to the culture is the people in it. Most everyone has a great mentality when it comes to day to day tasks as well as the respect needed for other members of the team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think there are ways to be better compensated. It is not always direct financial compensation. For me the ability to have more PTO days a year would be wonderful. Or be able to grow that faster than in 5 years.
