Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Aevex is a great company and moving in the right direction. Ikhana is still in the middle ages and refuses to change making it very difficult to work here especially when one person has control over the software system and makes decisions on what modules, sub-menu's, & reports you can see!

really nothing positive environment at times stressful

work is challenging and great co worker

make decisions faster and give clear direction

Management needs to make changes to a more positive attitude

At Ikhana needs to be more of a leader not a bully

Yes, I took the brunt of the changes at Ikhana and my efforts were not recognized.

What makes you most happy at work?

Making small changes to better the company and to better the quality of work my team produces.

What are some of the best things about your team?

In the beginning it was a learning process but know we all understand each other and get along great.
