I absolutely love working at AEVEX, from the work I get to do to the people I get to interact with. Everyone gives their best every day, and I feel the mutual respect we all have for each other is a significant factor in our success.

Comprehensive medical care is available. Out-of-pocket limits increased for 2023 which is a bit challenging.

Helping create new or improve existing policies/processes, learning from others and helping new teammates be successful.

Leadership is transparent as much as they can be. Accountability is paramount and all are held to it.

There is no retribution if errors occur. We learn from our mistakes and take lessons learned into future efforts.

Total compensation is comprehensive and fair. Health benefits are extremely important to my family and the packages offered are great.

We communicate well and enjoy catching up on our weekly meetings. No one is afraid to ask questions because we know all of us have something to learn from each other.

They truly do care about employees as humans, and treat us with respect and kindness. All have an open door policy. I've never felt like I was getting "lip service" from leadership.

We are all on the same mission - our customer's mission! We get to contribute to projects that are important to our nation's security, and everyone understands the professionalism and discretion that may be required.

I learn something new every single day. My boss is the best - he is willing to teach, willing to give wise counsel, and willing to have my back when we are challenged with difficult situations.

The culture commitment and core values are not just "lip service" or a pretty sign on the wall. All employees are expected to align. The Predictive Index helps weed out people who wouldn't be a good fit.

I am allowed to make mistakes, learn, and have more chances to succeed. My boss allows me to work on high-visibility projects that have a significant impact on the company. Remote work allows me to balance my life responsibilities.
