Friendly and motivating but has recently been challenging at times. We are hopeful that some recent changes will be positive direction for our Team and the Company as a whole.

The supportive and collaborative work environment makes coming to work every day a joy. It's all on how you start your day and how you treat others how you want to be treated. Employees won't feel like having fun until they feel comfortable and supported, which comes from building trust.

Leadership is contagious. If we have great leaders who set a good example, employees are inspired to follow the positivity. If you have a leader who is negative, people will shut down and actions speak louder than words. To be a good leader, you have to be a good human being first.
