Overall Aevex as a company seems to have a positive culture. The prime I'm working for on this contract does not

Need to have yearly pay raises. 20% increase in pay would bring us up to what other comoanies pay for same job

My peers doing the same job get paid more than I do. Have been with Aevex several years and it's difficult to get pay raises. No clear path on how to get raises
