Overall I like my job and position within the company. One of things I dislike most is the quarterly check-ins. I consider my personal and professional goals to be private. I hate the idea of having an awkward conversation about my future with someone I have never met.

I feel like I have zero opportunity for advancement. My schedule changes from week to week. Politics often play into opportunities more than work performance. However, I do not blame my leadership. I blame the leadership of the prime on the contract. Their friends get the comfortable easy jobs.

I feel like the most vocal employs get the most compensation. Not necessarily the most productive or skilled.

Manager is easy to talk to and helpful. Any issues are addressed and usually solved in a timely manner.

My coworkers are easy to get along with. They bring a positive attitude to work most of the time.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have limited water available. Our funds for water usually expire around the 3rd week of every month. We are then forced to ration water at work due to our inability to leave the office. The prime on our contract refuses to provide water.
