Unlimited OT. It isn't so much about the money as knowing that helping to cover down on someone's shift if there is an emergency isn't "taking one for the team".
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its not sitting on a beach earning twenty percent of the $640m in bearer bonds stolen from Nakatomi Plaza. Seriously, who loves coming to work when you can be sitting on a beach?
