As the company grows, I feel as though they are forgetting about the employees that helped them succeed...we are nothing but an employee number.

As an employee, I feel content. I enjoy the challenge of working sensors, but outside of the workcenter, I don"t really know much about the company or the leadership.

People are easy to get along with.

Every day can bring a new challenge.

They let me do my job.

I've known most of them for years...some dating back to 1983.

It's hard to answer this question, as our workcenter has zero interaction with the leadership team.

I have worked with a majority of my coworker in the past, whether it be in the military or previous employment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since there are no bonuses and they are basically merit based, the program needs managers that are willing to submit personnel.

It feels like effort is not reflected in annual pay increase, if given at all. And with the trend of inflation, wages feel like a pay cut.

I've been working for this company for almost 13 years and I'm still in the same position. There appears to be very little recognition of efforts or submittal for awards.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus more on the workers in the trenches. It could just be a misconception on my part, but most programs seem to be focused on the employees at the corporate office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being in a workcenter that is separated from the majority of company employees, it's hard to identify anything positive. However, as a workcenter, the individuals in the shop have a strong bond and seem to care for each other.
