It is a challenging job and schedule. Overall, the rewards (mission accomplishment & monetary) outweigh the challenges (shift work schedule, work life/balance, customer management styles). Company management is pretty hands-off, which i prefer, but is accessible when needed.

I have enjoyed being on a team that is counted on to produce results. A lot of the training comes from experience, but my teammates have mostly been dedicated and talented individuals.

401k and that the hours are tracked monthly, which gives employees flexibility in meeting the contractual hourly requirement
