worked performed due to eing qualified when others are not qualified but are in the same PWS

For todays market, the current rate does not compare to those being hired today, especially if you are training someone who's salary is more than what you're making.

This has been an ongoing topic. The salary rates are not competive with other local aerospace companies. Also, new hires salary is more than our current salary but we also need to train them..I love being with the company but its hard when youre doing the same job and the company salary is much more
