Overall it has been a challenege being removed from the actual company itself. Currently nothing in place to involve more of AEVEX head quarter pesonel and or enviornement.

Overall I do not have much interaction with AEVEX corporate. I deal mostly with other contractors on a military contract. I would recommend AEVEX as a whole to those looking for a job at AEVEX.

Aevex as a whole is great when it comes to business that is generated by the company. I feel that those working on a contract are not given enough attention.

Only interact with 8 AEVEX employees locally. Work with the government and other contractors.

A lot of "old school" governement oversite and not like a "new school" tech enviornment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Completing the task of multiple people and asking for help with no help from our contract.

Up to date and utalize platforms to make us employees aware of what is going on in other parts of the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More time spent together with leadership. We are located in Poway, and we are lucky to see anyone from AEVEX within that year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Being on a contract our military leadership and moral is not the best. But knowing you have AEVEX employees there everyday makes up for it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company culture does not exist as a contractor. We are local to San Diego like the company but no one comes to visit us from Salona but maybe once a year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My current teammate does not speak to me. Leadership in my site lead is amazing as well as my director. My Program manger is MIA all the time and does not come see us or communicate.
