Open communication and cares about the employees

Medical insurance for myself and family is fairly low

everyone is kind and understanding. The open door policy is great
What makes you most happy at work?
i have really good co workers that make the work day enjoyable
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its hard to say. I work at a site that is ran by SNC. So when Aevex does alot of team building or company events, we are not informed or not able to attend.
