Friendly and caring environment. We all genuinely care about each other.

Comfortable work environment and knowing that I get along with all my co-workers.

We work well together and support each other. Everyone performs at an above average level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but the recession is making everything more expensive. A raise to help offset the recession would be greatly appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Knowing that your complaints will be heard and give due consideration. Also, we treat each other with respect regardless of how we may feel about each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works very well together. We don't always agree but we are capable of discussing disagreements and working through them. We also help and support each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Opportunity to learn something new or train someone on something they aren't familiar with. Getting a good score from an outside audit. Recognition for a job we'll done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership has always supported, encouraged and recognized my contributions to to team. Not just formal recognition like awards but they also make it a point to send an email thanking me when I go above and beyond.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As retired military I admit I don't take full advantage of the companies benefits. From what I understand AEVEX offers some very good benefits but I'm not really the right person to comment since I don't use most of them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team leaves me alone and lets me do my job. They don't hover or bog me down with arbitrary surveys. They reach out from time to time in order to fill me in on important issues and they make sure I'm ok before after deployments.
