It's been decent although I have no faith that they will try and keep me if my contract ends. I worked on two contracts prior and both times they let me go without an attempt to find a spot for me.

Everyone is treated like family.

They treat each other like family and help out during deployments.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't really have or get any contact from leadership team except for about timesheets or expense reports.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't usually experience anything from the company as a whole. Just from the contract I'm working on.

I like that they offer awards. It's nice to get recognized for doing something good every now and then.
What makes you most happy at work?
I seem to understand the systems pretty well. The job site has equipment set up to make doing the job easier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just feel like the annual reviews should come with an option for a raise even if small. It would help with the growing inflation.
