positive, career progression is a little harder as it depends on contracts won vs contracts lost and which contracts AEVEX will go after.

we are close knit and share information

Working, coworkers/friends, the assortment of contracts i deal with

execution of tasks and people readily available to talk to execute said tasks

I have one that is in the same office as me on the East Coast.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i like the people i work with and we are there to support each other. (work and personal)
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are in the office and I can reach out and touch them! also, since we have been face-to-face, we know how each other behaves, works, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
define leadership team: C-Suite, PMO, DoPs? C-Suite: have started to address vision and future plans, so on the right path PMO: personality dependent DoPs: no issues, besides PM, they are my main touchpoint
